:אֵלֶּה הַדְּבָרִים אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר מֹשֶׁה

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 1:1a

Devarim – “These are the words..

But IF we do not remember or believe or obey, what then?

  • Then Moses said, “What if they will not believe me or listen to what I say? For they may say, ‘The LORD has not appeared to you.’”
    • – Exodus 4:1
  • And the LORD said to Moses, “How long will this people be disrespectful to Me? And how long will they not believe in Me, despite all the signs that I have performed in their midst.
    • – Numbers 14:11

God said! Moses said. Scripture said..

We’re sceptics, aren’t we?

And it’s more than just Satan tempting man, misquoting Scripture and asking, ‘Did God really say..?’

blessing of curse you can choose

We make a promise or covenant with the LORD.

God says that HE will do this, BUT then we go and do THAT – that which the Lord God says NOT to do.

Man sins even knowing the CURSE of GOD, even as we expect the BLESSING of God given for obedience.

Deuteronomy 9{7 Jordan river crossing

God calls on us to remember
BOTH blessing and curse.

Remember your sin of the past which led to curse, so that you will not fail to obey and receive the LORD’s blessing.
