About my Summer Stories
TO ME.. the picture is.. building a tremendous sand castle on the beach. An imaginary escape from the deep concrete pool of our parents.. or an inflatable kiddie pool in Grandma’s back yard or one for our own little girl on the deck of our home.
A REAL sandcastle crafted by the sea, by the sea, by the beautiful sea.. building a future with buckets of wet sand alongside our smiling daughter, while waves gently push the tide nearer to our baked city in the sun.

I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it.
For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
