What Crap?

‘Our CHURCH has no crap to deal with,’ you say.

Nonsense! In a brief post by a reader he addresses such crap using an illustration from Nehemiah.
- Definition
  1. usually vulgar : FECES
  2. usually vulgar : the act of defecating
- slang, sometimes vulgar : NONSENSE, RUBBISH also : STUFF
(O.K. Maybe we don’t take any time to talk of JESUS with our brother or sister in Christ. This Christian could use some construction to fix some of it AND so could others in our CHURCH.))

INTRO

In case you missed the intro to this three-part series, we are talking about the fishbowl of Preacher’s kids and the qualifications and qualities of church leadership. ALL looking into the families of faith we call ‘church‘ from the outside expect much moral modeling, love and grace.

Have you taken time for fellowship with God’s church?
Love God’s Church = Fellowship with each other

As I observed the comings and goings of families to a gathering of the church we call worship it seemed all hurried in from some early morning herding of the young sheep into vehicles and in just an hour herded them out into the parking lot of the world.

Where were all the sheep going?

Inside, scheduled fellowship included just two places for worshipers to join – neither appropriate for me (by definition of these limited communities of saints seeking fellowship and teaching in scripture).

Has the world won over the church or just provided better marketing of how ‘christians’ should invest our time on Sundays?
