 “God,”  ‘elohiym, is plural.

By definition: masculine noun; plural or plural intensive with a singular meaning.

GOD created (v.1) GOD moved (v.2) GOD said (v.3) GOD divided (v.4) GOD called (v.5) GOD made (v.7) GOD blessed (v.22).

These are just a few references to ‘elohiym – GOD: He (plural intensive with a singular meaning) IS ONE and caused.

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God – John 1:1

Genesis 1:1b HE created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
