‘elohiym

 “God,”  ‘elohiym, is plural.

By definition: masculine noun; plural or plural intensive with a singular meaning.

GOD created (v.1) GOD moved (v.2) GOD said (v.3) GOD divided (v.4) GOD called (v.5) GOD made (v.7) GOD blessed (v.22).

These are just a few references to ‘elohiym – GOD: He (plural intensive with a singular meaning) IS ONE and caused.

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God – John 1:1

Genesis 1:1b HE created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

“And the Spirit of God…”
